The Suspect
Solution Architect · AI, Salesforce & Revenue Operations
About
I've spent the last decade building things that don't break (often), leading teams that ship, and navigating the messiness of real-world systems: from Big Oil to startups, from education to insurance. Somewhere along the way, I picked up a few certs, built a few platforms, and learned how to translate between engineers, execs, and everyone in between.
These days, I'm neck-deep in AI and Salesforce. On one side, I'm architecting enterprise systems that are actually usable. On the other, I'm exploring how AI can go from "cool demo" to "this actually saves time and money." I care about alignment, and not just the AI kind, but also making sure tech lines up with business goals and user needs.
I work best where there's complexity to tame, systems to refactor, or products to shape from chaos. I'm not big on buzzwords, but I am big on things that work.
If you're into building smart tools, fixing old ones, or rethinking how teams build and ship software, let's talk.
